ATTENTION,ATTENTION ALL BARLA CLUBS, £6000 TO BE WON
BARLA are now asking for all BARLA Open Age male and females, youth and junior boys and girls clubs to apply for the prestigious CCPR Sports Club of the Year Awards 2009.
CCPR is pleased to announce the launch of Sports Club of the Year 2009 (SCOTY) in association with the Foundation for Sport and the Arts and runningsports.
BARLA Clubs have had success in this prestigious event previously and Wath Brow Hornets ARLFC were runners up scooping £3000 four years ago.
As in previous years, all members of CCPR are eligible to endorse up to three clubs for a chance to win up to £6,000 and be CCPR Sports Club of the Year 2009.
All endorsements must come from a single individual who should be named to CCPR prior to the submission of applications. The endorsement criteria are included within the application form which is available for download from www.ccpr.org.uk/scoty.
Applicants are to be made through BARLA and up to three clubs will be forwarded.
All applications should arrive at BARLA West Yorkshire House, 4, New Parade, Huddersfield by the 13th February. The final submissions will be sent to CCPR before their deadline Friday 27th February.
If you believe that your club has what it takes to become the Sports Club of the Year 2009 download the application form from here or contact the BARLA Office 0n 01484 510682
