IMPORTANT NOTICE :Funded Training for BARLA Clubs
FUNDED TRAINING FOR BARLA CLUBS
Dear BARLA Clubs
I write to inform you of a couple of one-day training courses which have been designed specifically for BARLA clubs. You will be pleased to learn that grant assistance is available to cover the cost of sending one person from your club to attend one of the courses.
Finding Funding. This enriching course provides strategies and practical solutions to maximise the potential for success in securing funding for your club. The course includes:
• Workshops on how to write an effective presentation
• Finding potential sources of funding
• How to build lasting relationships with funders
• Identifying the requirements of individual clubs
Media Training. Delivered by experienced Sky Sports/BBC broadcasters, this popular course demonstrates how to get the best from the media and includes:
• One-to-one TV/radio interviews which are filmed/recorded and reviewed
• Advice on how to use the media to put your message across
• De-mystifying the methods used by broadcasters
• Delivering three key points
The first date will commence at the Bradford Bulls stadium on june 11th, with localised venues planned thereafter. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Enterprise Training will contact you shortly to provide further information on the courses, available dates and grant criteria requirements. Please note that part of the grant criteria requires a leader/manager to attend so you may wish to give this some thought.
In these challenging times, I would strongly recommend your attendance on at least one course, particularly in view of the grant assistance available to you. This is a great opportunity to provide your club with a real advantage.
Contact : Mark Or Paul on 01733 590088 or 07808 654855 outside of normal working hours
Yours sincerely

Hi
This is Paul from Enterprise Training.
Just a little about the course
Prior to the course you will be asked to complete a questionaire about any projects current or future and return it to us, this will then give us a few days to start researching these grants for yo this will then form part of your day on the course.
If you would like all of the course details please e-mail me on paulw@espgb.eu and I will send them back by return.

Re: IMPORTANT NOTICE :Funded Training for BARLA Clubs
Mark from Enterprise Training will be attending the NW Counties 13-15's monthly meeting on Wednesday 6th May 2009 as one of our guests to explain further how the scheme will work and the benefits to our NW clubs. There is a surprising amount of funding out there for projects beneficial to youngsters and the community as a whole and this is an ideal chance to grasp the opportunity for assistance and guidance as to what is available and how to go about gaining it.
We hope that Mark will, as with previous guests, find the League supportive of those prepared to support us and our clubs and enjoy the evening with us.
