The BARLA Three Counties have come to the assistance of the Great Britain Community Lions. The side is playing France ‘A’ at Belle Vue Stadium, the home of the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats RLFC on Thursday 19th March.
The following day Friday 20th March the Three Counties Championship match Lancashire v Yorkshire was scheduled to take place that evening at Ince Rose Bridge ARLFC.
To help the Community Lions BARLA Competitions Secretary Nigel Hollingsworth in conjunction with John Pattinson have agreed to put the County Championship match back to a later date. The game will now take place at the same venue on the evening of Friday 27th March, kick off time to be arranged.
The change of date will not affect the Under 19s Three Counties Championship game between Lancashire & Yorkshire. This will still take place on the afternoon of Sunday 22nd March at Leigh East ARLFC
