Mmm - I'll check - the results sheet I received from Carole Land (from Hilary Steel accorind to the email thread) shows Widnes 4 Folly Lane 32.

Sorry that is a typing error on my part, you are correct, I have edited the original post to show that.

It is 4 -32 not 0 (my error). The error has come about becasue the game was switched to Widnes, originally scheduled for Folly Lane. Score on the day 32-4 but Widnes were at home, Hilary would have still had Folly showing as the home team possibly.

Thanks for the results and the fixtures, Paul. Getting the results was a bit like drawing teeth, but you were prompt with the draw.

What's happened to Lee? He was forever jumping in and defending the apparently indefensible, but seems to have disappeared. Have we worn him down alreay?

LOL I think he's around still, probably keeping an eye on us all making sure we behave.

Results are always a pain in any league as there are always some who do not ring them in. I'm never sure what's worse, publishing an incomplete set or waiting for the full ones.

Locally I just leave them out if they can't be bothered to ring (they soon complain when the tables aren't right) - but with something as big as this maybe its better to publish incomplete and update as they arrive - but that's not my call.

Always happy to help where ever I can though......

Not sure how he managed it but he cut the inside of his gob .
2 hours and 4 stitches . All I got out of him is at least it is on the inside and
it hasn't spoilt me good looks ( talk about vain ) Any way he as gone back to base so thankfully it wasn't anything that will stop him or get him trouble with the RAF.
