RUGBY FOOTBALL LEAGUE LEAGUE & CLUB PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
The BARLA Board of Management wish to update all BARLA Leagues and clubs in relation to their current stance on the RFL’s League and Club Partnership Agreement.
BARLA have sent a formal letter of objection via our solicitors into the RFL which is interfering in our governance of the amateur game. This has appeared all apparent under the RFL League and Club Partnership Agreement which was brought in earlier this year.
As previously we are informing all BARLA Leagues and Clubs that they should have no need to sign until issues are resolved between BARLA and the RFL.
We have given the RFL fourteen days to respond to our solicitor’s letter.
