INSURANCE PROOF AND RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT

I have to ask the same question. A reciept of payment would have at least been a start. Even if there had been a small comment that once the insurance had been processed documents would be sent out.

I asked the same question to Spen on Wednesday day night, the answer was that the BARLA received the proof of insurance document addressed to BARLA. BARLA was on the understanding that the insurance broker would forward each document to the clubs.

I am chasing up with Alan Ticker (Smart & Cooke) to see where they have got too.

We can not hire our training facilities without a certificate of insurance clearly stating our Club details which we have always recieved in previous years.
The Barla secretary and Carole Land was passed this info in early December and still we await receipt of both.

My understanding is that if you ask you can get something that will enable you to resolve your facilities booking issues.

Carole has contacted Mick today.

Hopefully this will be resolved.

All other clubs should receive theirs over the next 2-3 weeks. If anyone requires theirs more urgently, please contact Carole.

Today I have asked R.L services to help and guess what the answer was ?

If you let me know what further info you need I can make sure it is supplied

if you could not get hold of the BARLA secretary, why did you not call the BARLA office as I have been available all day and you were dealing with me on this issue. The BARLA number is now answered 24/7
