York and District Amateur Rugby League

Notification of AGN 2009


To be held at the Cue Ball, James Street, York on Wednesday, 26th August, 2009 at 7.30pm

1/. Presidents Address including one minutes' silence for absent colleagues.

2/. Roll Call and Apologies.

3/. Receive and approve Minutes of the AGN held 23rd September, 2008.

4/. Receive and approve Financial Statement for year ending 31.07.09.


Election of the following Officers:
(Nominations should be recieved 7 days prior to the AGM)
