Under 18s National Cup Semi-Final Empty Under 18s National Cup Semi-Final

Oldham St. Annes and Leigh Miners contested today's semi-final of the Under 18s National Cup. What a brilliant game of rugby played by some talented youngsters.

Congratulations to both teams for giving a large crowd such fantastic entertainment. It was anybody's game up to the closing minutes, when a penalty and converted try gave Leigh Miners the victory.

The game is certainly in safe hands when you see the talent on show today. Well done lads, you are a credit to the game.

Good luck to Leigh Miners and Leigh East in the final.

As far as I know it's on the Bank Holiday Monday, 4th May, at The Willows, Salford.

Thats what I believe but we have not had anything official from BARLA ( by we I mean the 8s-12,s ) be nice to get an invite this year Wink
